Respectfully building upon the bones of the original A.D. Stenger mid-century modern house, the Rundell house was renovated and modernized with a 700 SF primary suite addition, plus new energy efficient window, insulation and HVAC units and new electrical, plumbing, and lighting throughout. The goal was to keep the character of the original MCM aesthetic while bringing in energy efficiency, low maintenance materials, and lots of native landscaping.
